This private office is a family affair.

At the clinic, my wife Carol draws blood, provides information about the complex nature of blood and saliva tests, as well as phones results to patients. As Dr. Pettle has often told patients, "She is the wind beneath my wings."

Sherry Orr, Carol's sister, is our Business Manager who along with Carol, greets all of our patients with a warm family welcome.

My daughter, Sharon Smith, drives two hours a day just to be at work with us at the clinic. She confirms patient's future appointments and makes sure our patients leave with all the printed articles, books and CD's that are given to the new patients when they join our private clinic.

Our oldest daughter, Lori Korentager, also works at the clinic where she (along with Sherry Orr) records and transcribes all of our phone calls, so that patients can be called back by Dr. Pettle or Carol Pettle RN. Lori also runs two other companies... If you ever need a gift basket for any occasion give Lori a call at, "Sisters' Deluxe Cookies and More".

My talented daughter also runs our branch of "Cover FX", a makeup that is matched directly to your skin color and is used to cover surgical scars and many other dermatological conditions, such as acne and rosarea.

It is our hope that our CD's, lectures and books will provide much needed information for those patients who cannot come to the clinic in Toronto. If the demand for our products becomes large enough, ("From our lips to God's ears."), then we will have Bill Orr (Sherry's husband), another family member, take over shipping.

Please note that for legal and best of care principles Dr. Pettle's office does not use email as part of its patient services so sending office related requests by email is not an alternative to contacting the office by phone.  This would include such topics as booking and cancelling appointments as well as receiving results from blood-work etc.  Always call the office to communicate your requests and information.

Finally, my own personal comment. Medicine must change. Doctor's are skilled at making diagnosis and beating diseases with drugs; but what they also must learn is how to prevent illness. Perhaps they can learn what natural products can be utilized for prevention. They also have to learn that many conditions can be treated with natural remedies.
